Allowed Classes: Rogue, Fighter, Mage
Made up of the underworld of Camelot, the Guild of
Shadows teaches different classes pragmatic methods to dispense with
enemies. They are tolerated in Albion for the simple reason that they are
very effective at what they do, so long as they practice their arts on
enemy realms and monsters. Members of this guild are proud at the fact
that they owe allegiance to no organization save their own and the Realm
of Albion.
Highlander, Briton, and Saracen Rogues who join this
Guild become Infiltrators, specialists in sneaking, hiding, disguise,
backstab, and in general being able to spy on the enemy without their
knowledge. They can wear only leather armors, but they can use slashing
weapons.
Saracen, Briton, and Highlander Fighters who join the
Guild of Shadows become Mercenaries - arms for hire specialists who can
use up to chain mail armor, and can use all weapons, as well as short
bows.
Saracen, Briton, and Avalonian Mages who join this guild
become Sorcerers, renegade spellcasters who focus on pragmatic magic that
disrupts, disables, and damages their enemies. They can also charm and
confuse enemies, and at higher levels, can command charmed creatures to do
their bidding.
